The Challenge

A  long-established South African manufacturer of specialised seating solutions, needed to generate consistent, high-quality leads across a diverse range of industries, including transport, mining, agriculture, and defence.

While digital campaigns had been introduced in 2023, early performance reflected the complexity of the product offering and long decision-making cycles typical of B2B manufacturing. The challenge was to refine the strategy to better attract qualified prospects and convert interest into enquiries.

At the same time, there was an opportunity to strengthen brand visibility across both paid and organic channels, ensuring the client remained top-of-mind within a niche but competitive market.

Year-on-Year Performance Growth
  • 2023 (Jul–Dec):
    Early campaigns generated 10 conversions, with a CTR of 1.95% and a very low conversion rate of 0.01%. This phase provided valuable data and insights to guide future optimisation.
  • 2024:
    Significant improvements in engagement were achieved. CTR increased to 6.17%,while conversions rose to 63. Campaign refinements began to attract more relevant traffic at a lower cost per click.
  • 2025:
    A major step forward in performance. CTR climbed to 9.61%, and conversion rate improved to 1.85%, resulting in 129 conversions. Campaigns became more targeted, driving higher-quality traffic and stronger results.
  • 2026 (Jan–May):
    Continued optimisation delivered further gains, with CTR reaching 11.31% and conversion rate increasing to 3.40%, generating 58 conversions in just five months.
